What You’ll Actually Do
• Process and verify incoming invoices and expense reports for timely and accurate payment.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintain organized and detailed accounts payable files and documentation.
• Utilize the Epic system for financial data entry and management of payable transactions.
• Support broader accounting functions, including assisting with month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable.
