What You’ll Actually Do
• Correspondence: Manage daily office correspondence, including proactively responding to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Platform Support: Accurately enter information into various technological platforms and provide direct assistance to students, faculty, and staff with their operations on these systems.
• Data Management: Assist the Associate Dean, Director, and other staff members with the comprehensive collection, analysis, and maintenance of data, also contributing to the creation and distribution of necessary reports and presentations.
• Event Coordination: Help with the detailed planning and coordination of various meetings and events, diligently ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently.
• Office Operations: Answer multi-line phones, transfer calls, direct inquiries appropriately, maintain office supply inventory, prepare necessary documents, and assist with various general office projects as needed.

• Background: Enrollment as a graduate student. Core domain knowledge in office administration, data handling, and communication support within an academic setting.
• Experience: Demonstrated outstanding proficiency in various technological tools and platforms relevant to office administration and data management.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks, prioritizing responsibilities, and maintaining an efficient workspace; effective verbal and written communication skills for clear and concise interactions; excellent customer service skills for professional and courteous interactions with diverse groups.
• Confidentiality: A fundamental understanding of and agreement to maintain strict confidentiality of all student information (academic records, personal details, disciplinary records) accessed during employment.
