What You’ll Actually Do

The Must-Haves
• Background: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Experience: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the hiring state or a compact license; must meet all state board requirements for nursing practice.
• Skills: BLS (AHA – Basic Life Support from American Heart Association) certification within 30 days of hire.
• Bonus: Unit-specific certifications may include ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E. Program, C-EFM, OCN, CPHON, or other specialized certifications pertinent to the unit.
