What You’ll Actually Do
• Schedule Management: Regulate and maintain patient appointment schedules specifically for interventional radiology, diagnostic imaging, and special procedures.
• Operational Support: Ensure smooth operations within the healthcare environment by meticulously managing appointment flows.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Interact effectively with physicians, employees, patients, and patient families, requiring patience and compassion.
• Task Prioritization: Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to complete assignments within allocated time and maintain standard workflow.
• Mental Application: Apply moderate mental application and concentration to handle multiple procedures and interruptions throughout the day.

The Must-Haves
• Background: HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
• Experience: 2 years of recent experience in a related field.
• Skills: Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills; Intermediate computer skills, including keyboarding, mouse movement, data entry, and proficiency in scheduling programs; Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and professional telephone communication; Ability to organize and prioritize tasks while maintaining composure during challenging interpersonal interactions; Ability to work with others in a flexible and cooperative manner.
