Festival Foods is a proud Wisconsin grocer operating over 40 full-service supermarkets, dedicated to giving back to its communities and providing exceptional service and value. As a Grocery Clerk I, you play a crucial role in ensuring guests have an easy and enjoyable shopping experience. Your work keeps shelves stocked, products fresh, and the store organized, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and supported.

The TL;DR
• Role: Part Time
• Type: Part-time
• Location: In-person: Suamico, WI

• Team: Works closely with the Grocery Department Manager and collaborates with the Grocery associate team.
• Mission: To make grocery shopping easy and enjoyable for guests by ensuring products are available, fresh, and the store is organized.
• Tech Stack: Power jacks, forklifts, walk-behind lifts, balers, and compactors (training will be provided).

What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Service: Provide excellent guest service through friendly greetings, answering questions, and professionally addressing concerns.
• Product Stocking: Actively participate in stocking aisles, ensuring products are fresh, in-date, properly rotated, and well-stocked.
• Inventory Operations: Assist with unloading deliveries, organizing stock, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
• Store Organization: Contribute to keeping the department clean, sanitized, tidy, and well-maintained.
• Goal Achievement: Ensure shelves are fully stocked by designated times to meet department goals.
