About the Team: Paramount+ Monetization Product Management

The Paramount+ Monetization Product Management team drives the global Direct to Consumer (D2C) and Partner customer payment, entitlement, and access to the Paramount+ subscription video on-demand (SVOD) service. This team owns monetization & growth strategy, as well as defines, designs, and builds products & features across web, mobile, OTT, Set Top Box (STB), and emerging devices where Paramount fans can sign up, pay, and/or gain access to movies, TV, and live broadcasts.

Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Approximately 50% of the Intern’s work involves:
    • Assisting with gathering internal & partner business requirements, analyzing data, forming working hypotheses & product plans, and drafting various specifications, presentations, and other working documentation.
    • Working to advance projects, features, and initiatives across teams, ranging from executive stakeholders, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, as well as Platform & Billing Partners.
    • Working to design, build, launch/test, and optimize with project teams ranging from User Interface Design, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Analytics, Data Science, and others.
  • Approximately 30% of the Intern’s work will involve:
    • Drafting reporting & materials related to project planning, project status, and feature performance.
  • Approximately 20% of the Intern’s work will involve:
    • Industry, Partner, Competitive, and Technical Research.

Competencies:

  • The ideal candidate is fluent in web, native/mobile technologies, design & user interaction, business & financial principles, and has an understanding of the fundamentals of US and/or Internal legal & privacy compliance principles.
  • The ideal candidate has working knowledge of Google Docs, data reporting (adobe, tableau, looker, or similar).
  • The ideal candidate is enthusiastic & passionate about D2C, content services, monetization/financial products, as well as computer/human interaction.
  • Bonus qualities include: experience in creating & presenting reporting, business strategy, features, projects, and/or concepts (such as they would in a college course, i.e. a thesis, argument, supporting data, conclusion).

Interests:

Business, Product Management, UI/UX, Math, Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar relevant training, experience, or interest.

Eligibility:

  • This specific internship is available to students who will be Juniors, Seniors or Master’s students in the fall of 2026. If you are a graduating Senior (Spring 2026 grad), please check our website for full-time job opportunities.
  • You must be available to intern full-time (5 days a week/36-40 hours a week) for 10 weeks total starting in June.
  • Interns will be required to work fully on-site for the duration of the program. Note: Paramount does not provide financial relocation support or housing stipends.
  • Internships are paid at a competitive standard hourly rate (school credit is optional).
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
  • Employment eligibility to work with Paramount in the United States is required as the company does not engage in sponsorship for internships.

Additional Information:

  • The hourly rate for this position is $38.0.
  • The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
