The company is assisting a leading financial industry client in seeking an early career UX Designer / Production Artist. This role is crucial for creating and refining design components, ensuring they are optimized for various platforms and meet accessibility standards. The successful candidate will make a significant impact by collaborating on a milestone-driven design process.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Create and refine component variations for desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms.
• Accessibility: Ensure all design components meet accessibility standards and best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with an Art Director to align on design vision and project goals.
• Contribution: Contribute to a milestone-driven design process with flexible hours.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career UX Designer / Production Artist with a focus on UI/UX design and production artistry.
• Experience: Proven experience creating component variations for desktop, mobile, tablet, and accessibility-checked versions, demonstrated through a strong design portfolio.
• Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with an Art Director, and self-motivation to manage work based on milestones.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components is highly advantageous; LA-based candidates are preferred for time zone alignment and occasional onsite collaboration.
