What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Conduct economic and industry research and analyze client materials to develop a deep understanding of case issues.
• Analysis: Perform and develop financial and economic analyses or valuation models to support case theories.
• Modeling: Program, build models, and perform regression analyses using various languages such as Excel, Stata, R, Python, SQL, or SAS.
• Investigation: Investigate accounting irregularities, respond to allegations of fraud, and analyze financial evidence to identify trends.
• Communication: Communicate investigative and analytical findings to team members, clients, and other professionals, assisting with drafting written reports.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree candidates graduating in December 2026/Summer 2027 with an academic focus in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related area.
• Experience: Solid working knowledge of finance, accounting, and economic methodologies, including familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate governance, and regulatory environments. Experience in gathering, standardizing, and analyzing voluminous transactional data, including querying and mining large data sets.
• Skills: Command of research and quantitative analysis skills, strong Excel proficiency, ability to perform financial and economic modeling, and programming skills in languages such as Stata, R, Python, SQL, or SAS. Effective written and oral communication skills.
