What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Relationship Management: Provide quality customer interface, proactive customer management, issue resolution, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sales Collaboration: Partner with Sales staff on customer calls to secure new business and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Cost Optimization: Manage running costs and maintenance overheads, ensuring that policies and processes are followed to optimize expenses.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales, and Marketing departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Maintenance Oversight: Ensure accurate PM scheduling and follow-up, manage breakdowns and vehicle status updates, and oversee Technician work planning for efficiency.
