This Entry Level Financial Analyst role is crucial within the Securities Administration Services group, where you will manage and reconcile complex loan and security payment transactions, ensuring compliance and accurate communication with investors and servicers. The work directly contributes to maintaining financial integrity and adherence to agreements within a deadline-driven, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Transaction Processing: Accurately process and reconcile complex financial transactions associated with loan and security payments, ensuring all data is meticulously managed.
• Information Dissemination: Generate and distribute critical remittance and correction information to various servicers, ensuring clear and timely communication for payment adjustments.
• Compliance Monitoring: Actively monitor and conduct detailed analysis of pooled loans to identify any instances of non-compliance, subsequently communicating these crucial findings to investors.
• Performance Assessment: Systematically evaluate the performance of servicers to verify their adherence to established agreements and operational standards.
• System Contribution: Engage in system enhancement initiatives by attending user group meetings and performing thorough testing, contributing to the evolution of financial administration tools.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This role requires an early career professional holding a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field such as Math, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Statistics.
• Experience: Candidates must possess experience in business analysis, financial operations, and data analysis, demonstrating a foundational understanding of these core areas.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, including advanced capabilities with formulas, pivot tables, and V Look Up for data manipulation and reporting.
• Bonus: Preferred candidates will have at least one year of experience in Financial Services, which can include relevant internship experience.
