• Mission: Support university initiatives and operations while gaining professional experience and completing a graduate degree within a collaborative campus environment.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Student Success: Support and actively participate in programs promoting student engagement and retention, including coordination of tutoring services, data tracking, and direct student support.
• International Admissions: Assist the International Admissions office by processing applications and supporting documents, and coordinate the development and implementation of programs to welcome, orient, and enhance the engagement and success of international students.
• Athletics: Provide comprehensive support across various athletic programs, including sports information duties such as event coverage, statistics, content creation, and assisting coaching staff with team operations, recruiting, player development, and logistics for baseball or football.
• Equine/Farm: Provide hands-on horse care and facility maintenance, which includes physical labor, academic or supervisory support, and assisting Farm management with daily tasks such as feeding, cleaning, and coordinating veterinary or farrier care.
• Campus Operations: Maintain an on-campus presence and commit to a minimum of 10 hours of work per week to contribute to general university initiatives and operational support.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional admitted to and enrolled in a Midway University graduate degree program for Fall 2026, such as an MBA, MSN, MMIS, MAT, or MHCA, and eligible for full-time university enrollment.
• Experience: Demonstrated desire to learn, contribute, and make a positive impact on campus, coupled with a track record of supporting initiatives in a collaborative environment.
• Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills are essential for success in this multifaceted role.
