Graduate Assistant, PhD Counselor Education and Supervision Program | Colorado Christian University

• Team: Supporting member of a Christ-centered academic team within the School of Counseling.
• Mission: Ensures efficient administrative and operational support for the PhD Counselor Education and Supervision program.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Correspondence: Coordinate routine communications and prepare reports and related documents for the program.
• Program Operations: Support the CES program by tracking admissions, monitoring student progress, and managing dissertation documentation.
• Meeting Support: Assist program faculty with committee meetings by preparing agendas, slides, summaries, and other essential materials.
• Document Management: Maintain organized digital filing systems for all doctoral program documents.
• Technology Assistance: Provide support to students and faculty in the effective use of program-related technology tools.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Holds an accredited undergraduate degree and is accepted and enrolled in one of CCU’s graduate programs.
• Experience: Familiarity with Outlook and Microsoft Office programs, willingness to learn CCU’s technology platforms, and ability to manage academic documents and filing systems.
• Skills: Ability to create and maintain organized workflows, work respectfully with people from various backgrounds, and comfort presenting information and communicating professionally with faculty, applicants, and doctoral students.
• Spiritual Alignment: Committed follower of Jesus Christ, actively involved in a Bible-believing evangelical local church, able to apply biblical principles, and living a lifestyle consistent with CCU’s Statement of Faith and Strategic Priorities.
• Bonus: Enrollment as a student in the master’s level school of counseling program is preferred.
