What You’ll Actually Do
• Teach: Instruct young learners, specifically those aged 3 to 16, in English, creating a fun, interactive, and fully immersive classroom environment to facilitate language acquisition.
• Deliver: Present high-energy and engaging lessons utilizing English 1’s award-winning curriculum and proprietary digital tools to maximize student participation and learning outcomes.
• Provide Feedback: Offer constructive and actionable feedback to students on their progress, actively helping them to build self-assurance and proficiency in their English skills.
• Participate: Actively take part in various school events, local cultural activities, and student engagement programs, contributing to the broader school community and fostering a rich learning environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in any academic subject. This position is ideal for those at an early career stage, including recent graduates or individuals exploring a career change.
• Experience: No previous teaching experience is mandatory; English 1 provides comprehensive induction training, ongoing support, and fully prepared teaching materials to ensure success.
• Skills: A demonstrated genuine interest in the field of education, a keen desire for international travel, and an enthusiasm for cultural exchange are essential. A valid passport and a clean background check are also required.
• Bonus: While not strictly required, having an ESL certification such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA is considered a plus. English 1 offers sponsorship for obtaining this certification, supporting professional development.
