This role is crucial for mastering deal origination and making a significant impact in healthcare Mergers and Acquisitions, directly contributing to the company’s ambitious growth goals.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Pipeline Management: Manage a pipeline of over 1,000 potential deals, consistently tracking and updating opportunities to achieve company goals.
• Cold Calling and Outreach: Reach out to new prospects through cold calls and other methods, building rapport with decision-makers to generate interest in Dioun Health’s acquisition opportunities.
• Qualify and Convert Deals: Conduct effective conversations to determine prospect fit for acquisition, aiming to convert at least 50% of engaged leads into actionable opportunities.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Maintain detailed analytics on pipeline size, call volume, conversions, and deal progress, using these insights to refine strategies and improve results.
• Team Collaboration: Support the team by performing tasks such as CRM updates, assisting with email newsletters, and contributing to strategic initiatives.

• Experience: Comfort with high volumes of cold calls and an energetic approach to engaging with new prospects.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, particularly for phone interactions, organizational abilities for pipeline management, and resilience to handle high call volumes and rejection.
• Bonus: An optimistic mindset focused on solutions, a habit of engaging in self-education through business books or podcasts, and a preference for performance-driven roles.
