Kaizen Summer Sales Intern | Kaizen Marketing

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Engagement: Engage in outside sales activities by identifying potential clients and building strong relationships through direct outreach and cold calling initiatives, thereby contributing to the expansion of Kaizen Marketing’s client base.
• Territory Management: Assist in managing assigned territory sales by analyzing market trends and developing effective strategies to expand the customer base within the designated area.
• Service Demonstrations: Conduct comprehensive service demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits, effectively upselling solutions that meet specific client needs and achieve sales targets.
• Lead Generation & Tracking: Support lead generation efforts using CRM software to meticulously track prospects and manage follow-up activities, ensuring no potential client is overlooked.
• Business Development Collaboration: Collaborate with management on various business development initiatives, aiming to identify new market opportunities and continuously improve overall sales processes and outcomes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a business, marketing, or a related academic program, demonstrating a strong interest in sales, marketing, or management careers.
• Experience: Familiarity with CRM software to manage prospect and client interactions efficiently.
• Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to negotiate effectively and build strong rapport with diverse clients; demonstrate strong analysis skills to interpret conversations and understand client needs, guiding them towards appropriate solutions; and exhibit the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Bonus: Prior experience in retail sales, cold calling, or account management.
