Led by a seasoned founding team with a proven track record in building products for millions, this role offers a hands-on opportunity to directly impact early-stage growth. You will be instrumental in introducing a new and exciting product to the world, sparking interest, and understanding what truly motivates people to connect with a groundbreaking relationship care app that has just launched to an electric response on the iOS app store.

The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Type: Part-time, Temporary (10-15 hours/week for 3 months)
• Location: Remote

• Team: Reports to the founding team, working alongside a cohort.
• Mission: To spark interest and initiate conversations to introduce the cupl app to the right people at the right time.

What You’ll Actually Do
This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to learn how early-stage startups approach exposure and growth from the ground up, working without rigid playbooks. You will collaborate closely with the founding team and your cohort at the intersection of outreach and early-stage growth, experimenting with various methods to generate interest and connect cupl with the right audiences. Specifically, you will:
• Outreach: Introduce cupl to individuals, community leaders, and groups, encouraging interest in trying the app.
• Experimentation: Test various in-real-life (IRL) outreach methods across clubs, communities, friends, and events.
• Social Engagement: Connect with new people on social media platforms to encourage them to try the cupl app.
• Feedback Collection: Share observations on user responses, noting what resonates and what doesn’t in real-world conversations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An early career individual who deeply understands and is genuinely excited by cupl’s mission to revolutionize relationship care.
• Experience: Comfortable initiating conversations with both familiar and unfamiliar people, demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit through starting initiatives, leading projects, or actively “hustling” to achieve goals. No prior formal sales experience is required, but openness to outreach is essential.
• Skills: Strong written communication skills crucial for a remote-first setting, the ability to follow asynchronous directions effectively, and a proactive, self-starting approach to tasks and collaboration, ensuring independent progress without constant oversight.
