What You’ll Actually Do
• Community Representation: Act as an ambassador for Sarasota Paradise at various community events, local businesses, and public gatherings.
• Promotional Distribution: Distribute essential promotional materials, including game schedules, flyers, and engaging giveaways.
• Fan Engagement: Interact directly with fans and community members to build anticipation for upcoming games and club initiatives.
• Event Support: Assist with promotional activations at diverse locations such as farmers markets, festivals, youth soccer events, other local venues, and on game days at Premier Sports Campus.
• Content Creation: Capture basic content, including photos or short videos, for social media platforms when requested.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A genuine passion for sports, soccer, or community engagement.
• Experience: No specific experience is required; previous marketing, event, or promotional experience is considered a plus.
• Skills: A friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills; the ability to confidently approach and interact with the public; dependability and flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends; comfort working outdoors and in various community event settings.
• Bonus: Familiarity with the Sarasota and Manatee County communities; experience in promotions, brand ambassador roles, or event staffing; familiarity with popular social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
