What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Acquisition: Engage in outside sales activities by actively identifying potential clients and building strong relationships through direct cold calling and outreach initiatives.
• Territory Management: Assist in managing designated sales territories by analyzing relevant market trends and developing strategic plans to effectively expand the customer base.
• Service Presentation: Conduct engaging service demonstrations to clearly showcase product features and benefits, with an aim to upsell solutions that specifically meet client needs.
• Lead Nurturing: Support comprehensive lead generation efforts by utilizing CRM software to meticulously track prospects and manage all follow-up activities.
• Business Development: Collaborate with management on various business development initiatives, working to identify new market opportunities and continually improve existing sales processes.
• Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally addressing all client inquiries and concerns to ensure high satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Actively participate in a competitive, sports-like atmosphere, fostering both individual growth and collective team success among colleagues.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a business, marketing, or a related academic program, possessing a strong interest in sales, marketing, or management.
• Experience: Demonstrated enthusiasm for outside sales, B2B transactions, and a foundational understanding of sales cycles.
• Skills: Possesses excellent communication skills, including the ability to negotiate effectively and build strong rapport with clients; familiarity with CRM software; strong analysis skills to interpret conversations and guide clients through the sales path; and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bonus: Prior experience in retail sales, cold calling, or account management is considered a valuable asset but is not explicitly required.
