What You’ll Actually Do
• Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research into industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience demographics to inform marketing strategy.
• Outreach & Data Compilation: Assist in compiling targeted lists for various outreach initiatives, including potential sponsorships, client engagement, and event invitations.
• Social Media Management: Support the development and planning of the social media content calendar, ensuring timely scheduling and drafting engaging captions with visual assets for LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Content & Podcast Promotion: Draft and meticulously edit various marketing content, such as newsletter articles, email announcements, and website updates, while also promoting the firm’s podcast and monitoring its engagement metrics.
• Event Coordination: Support the planning, coordination, and logistical execution of client events and various event sponsorships, ensuring seamless brand representation.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Motivated and creative individual, ideally a pre-graduate or early career professional eager to learn and contribute to a professional services marketing team.
• Experience: Familiarity with major social media platforms and an understanding of content best practices, with a primary focus on LinkedIn. Experience supporting marketing functions and collaborating within a team environment.
• Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication abilities for crafting clear and compelling marketing messages. Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Proactive and professional, comfortable taking initiative and adept at working professionally within an office environment.
• Bonus: Practical experience with design tools such as Canva, and proficiency with productivity software like Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, is considered a significant advantage.
