About the Internship:

This summer internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to and support various critical functions within Mediacom Communications. Interns will work across multiple departments, including Business Operations & A/P, Marketing, Human Resources, and Customer Support, providing a comprehensive understanding of business processes in a professional environment.

Position Responsibilities:

Under the direct supervision of an appropriate department supervisor, assignments for this internship may include, but are not limited to:

• Analyzing data; compiling and distributing reports to support departmental insights.
• Conducting research within respective disciplines to gather information and inform decision-making.
• Assisting in developing and proposing ideas to improve existing processes and operational efficiencies.

Desired Outcome:

The primary goal of this internship is to provide motivated, career-driven students with practical experience in a professional setting. Position Requirements:

• Education: Must be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT/Networking, or a related field.
• Fellowship: Must be a current Emma Bowen Fellow to be eligible to apply.
• Technical Skills: Must be experienced in using Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Professionalism: Must display a professional appearance and attitude.
• Communication: Must possess proficient written and oral communication skills.
