Junior Business Analyst (Contract)

We are actively seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to critical financial operations, supporting budget development, in-depth analysis, comprehensive reporting, and efficient information management.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity and facilitating seamless communication across various departments. This is an essential onsite position based in Raymond, OH, within the thriving Columbus, OH Metro Area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with meticulous data processing and proactive data clean-up initiatives within various internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with diverse cross-functional partners, preparing necessary materials and ensuring efficient communication flows.
• Prepare, proofread, and distribute essential documents and professional emails, maintaining high standards of clarity and presentation.
• Organize, categorize, and add internal data and documents to centralized repositories, enhancing accessibility and information governance.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst role or a closely related analytical field.
• Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Suite, including advanced skills in Excel (for data analysis and reporting), PowerPoint (for presentations), and SharePoint (for document management and collaboration).
• Prior hands-on experience with SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) or similar financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation applications/tools.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the proven ability to effectively multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable and productive working both independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
