What You’ll Actually Do
• Personal Care: Provide dignified assistance with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Meal Support: Prepare meals ensuring nutritional needs are met, provide feeding assistance, and respect client dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Companionship: Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities, offering genuine emotional support to foster a sense of well-being, reduce loneliness, and enhance their quality of life.
• Health Observation: Monitor and accurately observe changes in clients’ physical health, mental state, or behavior, promptly reporting any concerns or significant observations to supervisors to ensure timely intervention.
• Care Plan Adherence & Safety: Meticulously follow individualized care plans, ensuring all tasks are completed as prescribed, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment, strictly observing safety protocols to prevent hazards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career; no specific educational background required for entry into caregiving.
• Experience: No prior caregiving experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to excel in the role.
• Skills: Compassion, excellent communication, patience, reliability, and a positive attitude.
