Creative Internship (Summer 2026) | Enterprise Mobility
The Tone:
This is a 12-week internship at Enterprise Mobility, located in Clayton, MO. Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, owning and operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car brands. This role matters as the intern will work within the Marketing Department’s Creative Team, learning how to support marketing initiatives across B2B and B2C channels. The intern will gain hands-on experience developing and executing creative assets and contributing to campaigns that drive brand awareness and business growth.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Enhance production design skills: Develop hands‑on experience in layout, versioning, templating, and preparing files for print and digital channels, while learning best practices in brand consistency and creative production workflows.
• Support impactful internal and external meetings: Create polished visual materials—including presentation decks, print‑ready assets, and digital collateral—that help teams clearly communicate ideas, highlight business value, and support strategic decision‑making.
• Build and share meaningful creative reports: Assist in organizing and formatting creative performance summaries, project recaps, and production schedules that help leadership and project owners understand timelines, workloads, and creative outcomes.
• Craft professional communications: Support the creation of clear, visually consistent communications such as email templates, project briefs, agendas, and recap documents that help streamline collaboration across departments.
• Contribute to high‑visibility creative initiatives: Take ownership of small to medium‑scale design projects—from concept refinement to production delivery—that support business priorities, strengthen brand experiences, and improve the effectiveness of internal communications.
• Gain exposure to senior leaders: Present project contributions, design rationale, and creative recommendations to leadership, giving you valuable experience in articulating design decisions and collaborating with decision‑makers.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career candidate. Must be a rising college senior enrolled full-time for the upcoming semester in an applicable Bachelor’s degree program set to graduate between December 2026 – June 2027. Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts in Graphic Design, Art + Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Ability to work Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, on-site, from May 18th – August 7th 2026. Must be a resident of greater St. Louis, Missouri or be attending a St. Louis-based university.
• Skills: Production design (layout, versioning, templating, preparing files for print and digital channels), brand consistency, creative production workflows, creating polished visual materials (presentation decks, print-ready assets, digital collateral), organizing and formatting creative performance summaries and project recaps, crafting professional communications (email templates, project briefs, agendas, recap documents), managing small to medium-scale design projects, articulating design rationale and recommendations.
