This is a one-day leadership development program for students at S.R. Snodgrass, a public accounting firm, located in Wheeling, WV. This program is designed to expand your network, provide insight into public accounting opportunities, and help you prepare for a successful career. By participating, you will learn about the firm’s culture, meet professionals, and gain valuable professional development.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Networking: Expand your professional network by meeting S.R. Snodgrass team members, summer interns, and students from various schools.
• Professional Development: Participate in sessions designed to help you continually advance and prepare for your future career in accounting or finance.
• Philanthropic Engagement: Contribute to the community by participating in an on-site philanthropic event during the program day.
• Firm Insights: Gain hands-on experience and industry-specific knowledge while working with a reputable public accounting firm.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Students pursuing a 4-year degree in accounting or finance, with at least one full year of school remaining.
• Experience: Interest in Spring, Summer, or Fall 2027 (or later) internship positions.
• Skills: No specific technical skills are required beyond academic pursuit.
• Bonus: A GPA of 3.0 or greater is preferred; freshmen are encouraged to apply.
