Role Overview:

As an Entry-Level Marketing and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive sales, marketing, and customer service experience. Your primary objective will be to improve our clients’ profitability through strategic promotional sales efforts and build strong customer relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage Face-to-Face: Interact directly with potential customers in diverse retail environments, creating a positive and memorable brand experience.
- Educate Consumers: Clearly and effectively inform customers about current promotions, exclusive offers, and the full range of brand offerings.
- Professional Representation: Act as a professional ambassador for our clients through impactful in-store marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Provide top-tier customer service to both new and existing clientele, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
- Customer Support Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions, inquiries, and support, resolving issues efficiently.
- Generate & Convert: Proactively generate leads, nurture interest, and skillfully convert potential customers into successful sales.
