Job Title: Treasury Analyst (Junior)

Contract Type: 5-6 month contract

Location: Fully Remote

Time Zone Preference: MT, CST, PST (EST can work too)

How You Can Make a Difference

The Treasury Analyst I Contractor is a valued member of the Treasury Team. The candidate must possess strong technical and analytical skills, as well as a meticulous attention to detail. This role reports directly to the Treasury Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with teammates to accomplish daily cash transfers across various banks and bank accounts.
  • Update and/or review updates of clients’ banking information.
  • Work with teammates to initiate ACH Debit and/or ACH Credit batches.
  • Handle ACH debit rejects, facilitate resolution, and manage debit reattempts.
  • Review and respond to client cases related to team activity.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Assemble data and prepare reports.
  • Assist in handling banking activity inquiries.
  • Initiate inquiries and/or requests to our banking partners.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in an Accounting, banking, or finance role (required).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Technically minded.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Understanding of Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement principles.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Team player (works well with others) and possesses the ability to take direction.
