Starbeam is an AI-powered wellness startup with a crucial mission: to prepare society for the impending disruptive social upheavals that AI will soon unleash. These include, but are not limited to, mass job displacement, negative health impacts, and an increase in mental illnesses. Currently operating in stealth mode, Starbeam aims to become a dominant AI company upon its launch in early 2026. The initial launch will be exclusively within the United States, making this opportunity NOT suited for candidates living in countries outside of the United States in early 2026.
About the Job: Sales and Marketing (Growth) Intern
Starbeam is actively seeking dynamic and motivated sales and marketing interns to play a pivotal role in the preparation and execution of our company’s launch. This internship will primarily focus on two key areas:
- Preparing for the launch of our free generative AI consumer app across America’s college campuses in early 2026.
- Supporting the subsequent rollout of our enterprise AI services to mid-sized and large businesses.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales and Marketing (Growth) Intern, you will be integral to our pre-launch and initial growth phases. Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing AI tools to create and customize compelling sales presentations and scripts.
- Conducting thorough web research and social media analysis to identify key influencers and leaders relevant to our target markets.
- Maintaining and populating CRM databases and prospect profiles with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Implementing both warm and cold outreach strategies to build and nurture valuable relationships with potential customers and partners.
- Committing to continuous learning by taking free online courses to become certified in essential AI tools and HubSpot sales and marketing platforms.

Qualifications
We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled as a college student majoring in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related fields. Exceptions may be made for high school students who demonstrate extraordinary interest and capability.
- Ability to commit to working a minimum of 10 hours per week.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating originality and without relying on AI for core content generation.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for making new connections and expanding a professional network.
- A clear interest in exploring sales and marketing as a potential career path.
- Willingness to sign a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) to protect proprietary company information.
