The Opportunity: What You’ll Do

This is a pivotal, hands-on role where you will work directly alongside the founder to ignite and build our user base from the ground up. You will be instrumental in our growth strategy, turning innovative products into widespread successes.

• Direct Outreach & User Acquisition: Proactively identify potential users, engage them directly, and effectively get our products into their hands. This involves strategic targeting, personalized communication, and relentless follow-up to onboard new users.
• Social Media & Content Strategy: Develop and cultivate a distinctive “Kindling” brand presence across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating compelling content that sparks conversation, fosters community, and drives engagement. This includes managing our presence and interacting with our audience across all relevant channels.
• Revenue Generation & Conversion: Focus intensely on the critical task of converting users into paying customers. You will leverage your understanding of user needs and product value to drive subscriptions, purchases, or other revenue streams.
• Strategic Input & Product Refinement: Collaborate closely with the founder to refine our product pitch and messaging. You will provide invaluable real-world feedback based on both successes and rejections, directly influencing our market approach and product development.
