Responsibilities:
This internship program mirrors the full-time Financial Representative career, offering invaluable hands-on experience:

  • Business Development: Learn and apply prospecting and networking strategies to cultivate a robust business and client base.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a personal business strategy.
  • Client Engagement: Proactively contact potential clients, schedule meetings, and conduct in-depth discussions to understand their financial goals.
  • Financial Recommendations: Prepare tailored financial plans and provide useful, data-driven recommendations.
  • Software Exposure: Gain hands-on experience with proprietary financial planning software platforms.
  • Continuous Development: Participate in weekly coaching, training, and professional development meetings.
  • Licensing: Receive support and training to obtain Risk Product State Licensing: Life, Accident, and Health.
