About the Program:

The Comstock Summer Internship Program seeks talented young professionals to provide hands-on learning experiences and prepare them for their next career steps. Interns will utilize and develop their communication, detail-oriented, and collaborative skills while gaining insight into a culture-driven, corporate environment. We invite personable, professional, and hard-working individuals to apply.

Internship Details:

  • Duration: June 1st through August 7th
  • Compensation: Paid internship
  • Location: On-site requirement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet all customers, explaining the benefits of the community.
  • Manage social media platforms for the community.
  • Perform administrative duties as needed and necessary to complete the leasing process.
  • Assist in preparing various marketing and sales reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests.
  • Analyze operations and marketing initiatives throughout the internship and prepare a presentation on findings for Comstock’s leadership team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in Real Estate, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Availability: Must be able to work weekends.
  • Experience: Prior industry internship/work experience and an interest in Real Estate is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Initiative: Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment and learn in a growing organization.
  • Organization: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independence: Self-directed and able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
