About the Internship:

The Corporate IT Support Helpdesk Intern plays a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to internal employees at RF-SMART. This internship offers hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, responding to user inquiries, and ensuring IT-related problems are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

Program Details:

  • Duration: 5/11/2026 – 7/31/2026
  • Hours: 40 hours/week
  • Pay: $20 per hour

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees seeking technical support.
  • Offer troubleshooting guidance to internal team members for various IT issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT teams when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of all support interactions and resolutions.
  • Assist in setting up new devices for employees, ensuring proper configuration.
  • Ensure software is up-to-date across employee systems and applications.
  • Participate in training sessions focused on the effective use of IT tools and applications.
