Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in extensive sales training, covering pre-call planning, in-depth analysis, and professional presentation preparation.
- Actively prospect potential new clients during dedicated weekly prospecting sessions.
- Manage inbound phone calls from companies interested in discussing the Paycom solution.
- Create accurate quotes using our database for leads generated from potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with your office sales manager, intern program manager, and a team of sales representatives to observe deals throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Track all prospecting activities, leads, meetings, and daily tasks meticulously.
- Participate in weekly professional development and sales training sessions.
- Travel to the local Paycom sales office and surrounding areas for in-person sales meetings, requiring reliable transportation.
