This is an entry-level analyst program at Bank of America. Analysts will receive extensive formal training at the start of the program, complemented by ongoing, invaluable on-the-job support from industry leaders, preparing them for a robust career in investment banking.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Model Development: Develop and maintain complex financial models.
• Financial Analysis: Perform various financial analyses.
• Research: Conduct comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research.
• Material Preparation: Prepare presentation and other materials for both internal and external clients.
• Due Diligence & Collaboration: Participate in due diligence sessions, communications, and interaction with team members.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or a Bachelor’s direct to Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a graduation timeframe between November 2026 and August 2027.
• Experience: Track record of superior performance in extracurricular and professional activities, with a dedication to building a career in the investment banking industry.
• Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical skills, distinguished written and oral communications, strategic and creative thinking, attention to detail, and client focus.
• Bonus: 3.5 minimum GPA.
