About The Role: Product Management Intern (MBA/Master’s)

Rippling is seeking sharp, curious, and driven MBA or master’s students for a full-time summer internship on its Product Management team. Interns will be deeply involved in the entire software building process, from concept to reality, shaping definition, development, and launch.

Interns will be placed in a specific product area, determined during the interview process to best match interests with team needs. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside leading engineers, designers, and PMs on high-impact projects that will significantly influence the Rippling platform’s future.

Product Leads are responsible for owning outcomes and building the right solutions. This internship is an empowered role, ideal for high-agency, intellectually curious leaders, and serves as a direct path to securing a full-time role post-graduation.

What You Will Do

  • Drive the execution of a specific product initiative, maintaining focus on complex problems until acceptable solutions are achieved.
  • Dig into details and “go-and-see” customer product usage and challenges, then prioritize development efforts to address these needs.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to scope, refine, and launch features.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Marketing teams to align on product direction and rollout strategies.
  • Learn and practice product development within a real-world, high-growth SaaS environment.

What You Will Need

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA or master’s-level program with an anticipated graduation date in 2027.
  • A minimum of 2 years of full-time work experience.
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Prior exposure to tech, software, or startup environments through work, projects, or side ventures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage ambiguity.
  • A capability to understand complexity quickly and transform it into simple user experiences.
  • Strong alignment with Rippling’s leadership principles, particularly ‘Push the limits of possible‘, ‘Challenge directly‘, and ‘Go and see‘.
