About the Opportunity: Make a Tangible Impact
This internship offers a unique chance to dive deep into critical financial operations and contribute directly to our business intelligence and process optimization initiatives. You won’t just be observing; you’ll be actively shaping the future of our Procure to Pay functions, helping us operate more efficiently and effectively.
What You’ll Be Doing: Key Responsibilities
- Pioneering Data Insights: Play a crucial role in establishing and refining Looker Dashboards designed to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for significant process improvements within the Procure to Pay cycle. Your work will directly inform strategic decisions.
- Driving Operational Excellence: Assist in the meticulous documentation and rigorous testing of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You’ll also contribute to the robust management of our SOP repository, ensuring clarity and consistency across our operations.
- Optimizing Financial Accuracy: Contribute to a vital project focused on streamlining and optimizing the Accounts Payable (AP) monthly reversing accrual entry for unprocessed invoices, enhancing the precision and efficiency of our financial reporting.

Who We’re Looking For: A Future Innovator
Our mission demands students who are eager to embrace challenges and contribute to meaningful change. You will be expected to work diligently within our core business hours of Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
What You’ll Bring to the Table: Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
- A strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear and effective collaboration.
- A robust desire to tackle new challenges head-on, coupled with a consistently positive attitude.
- Foundational knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and core accounting principles.
- Familiarity with Treasury/Finance concepts is also highly valued.
- While not required, a grasp of programming languages such as SQL or Python is a definite plus.
