Job Title: Experiential Production Intern
Term: Spring (February 3 – April 24)
Location: New York office, hybrid schedule with in-office work required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Role Summary:
The Experiential Production Intern will join the Production team to work on various experiential projects. This role involves supporting the Experiential team, which is known for developing large-scale immersive experiences, stunts, pop-ups, and other creative activations. While the intern will handle many administrative tasks, there will be substantial opportunities to gain hands-on experience and learn all aspects of production by supporting project teams. The ideal candidate must be organized, self-motivated, capable of creative and quick thinking, and process-oriented.

Responsibilities:
• Support the completion of team projects by assisting the lead Producer(s) on tasks such as:
• Researching, sourcing, and securing venues and vendors, event staff, and catering.
• Sourcing and purchasing a wide range of items, including props, furniture, and supplies.
• Aiding in the creation of production schedules and project trackers.
• Helping maintain budget details and tracking receipts.
• Contributing to presentations (decks) for Venues, Brand Ambassadors, Production Planning, and Health & Safety.
• Provide administrative support to Experiential Production teams, including but not limited to:
• Helping coordinate vendor agreements and contracts.
• Creating Purchase Orders (POs) and tracking/processing vendor payments.
• Organizing and maintaining the experiential storage unit.
• Maintaining master lists and trackers for venues, vendors, etc.
• Support teams on job reconciliations at the close of projects.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a career in marketing, advertising, events, media, or a related field.
• Possess an inherent desire to learn more about production and experiential execution.
• Experience in events/experiential is a plus (this can include classwork, previous internships, volunteer work, or jobs).
• Demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Sheets).
• Experience with file management and project management platforms is preferred.
• Must be open to travel and weekend work as necessary, as many activations occur outside regular office hours.
Compensation:
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $18.00 – $20.00. The final rate is determined based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, job duties, and geographic location.
