Job Description

The role is part of the Product Internship Program within Tencent Cloud, offered to 2026–2027 graduates.

Position Overview:
This internship program runs from January to May 2026 and provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing product strategies for Tencent Cloud’s B2B cloud platforms. It is designed for students who are keen to enhance their cloud engineering and problem-solving skills while contributing to critical backend operations.

• Internship Period: January – May 2026
• Location: Shenzhen, China
• Eligibility: Students graduating in 2026 or 2027

Responsibilities:
The intern will be involved in a variety of tasks crucial for product development and strategy:

• Assisting in the development of product strategies for B2B cloud platforms, working under the guidance of senior technical product managers.
• Conducting research on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to contribute to data-driven product recommendations.
• Learning about cloud computing technologies while supporting the technical product team in analyzing technical requirements and use cases.
• Helping to build and maintain business monitoring dashboards and contributing to the improvement of operational efficiency.
• Participating in customer feedback sessions and market research, assisting in identifying and documenting key user requirements and technical needs.
• Collaborating with Business Development (BD) teams by providing technical solution support for potential clients and partners to foster new business opportunities.
• Participating in the exploration and evaluation of new technology partners and business opportunities, analyzing the feasibility of collaboration from both a product and technical perspective.

Who We Look For (Qualifications):
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, or a related technical field.
• A strong interest in technology products and cloud computing is essential.
• Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin with international teams is preferred but not strictly required.
• Demonstrates effective communication abilities and a strong teamwork orientation.
• Is detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Is eager to learn about customer needs and various use cases.
• Is adaptable and open to receiving feedback.
