Role Title: Sales & Leadership Internship | Southwestern Advantage

Program Overview:
The Southwestern Advantage Internship is a summer sales and leadership program specifically designed for college students. Participants are tasked with operating their own independent business, focusing on the direct sale of educational resources to families within a new community. The program emphasizes gaining real-world experience in various business functions and personal development.

Key Responsibilities & Activities:

Business Operation: Independently run a business focused on marketing and selling Southwestern Advantage’s educational products.
Direct Sales & Communication: Engage in direct, in-person conversations with families to develop and enhance communication, presentation, and sales skills.
Intensive Work Schedule: Commit to working 80+ hours per week within a structured entrepreneurial environment.
Training & Coaching: Receive daily training and personalized one-on-one coaching in critical areas such as leadership, goal setting, time management, and financial literacy.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate and network with a diverse team of high-performing student entrepreneurs from across the United States and Europe.
