About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of our next-generation AI/ML solutions. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our innovative AI-driven offerings, translating complex technical capabilities into compelling, market-leading products. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products that solve critical customer problems and drive significant business value. This role requires a strong blend of technical acumen, business savvy, and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML-powered products, aligning with overall company objectives and market opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify pain points, unmet needs, and emerging trends in AI/ML.
• Translate complex business requirements and user needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with engineering and data science teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on strategic impact, customer value, and technical feasibility, managing a dynamic backlog.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful adoption and revenue growth.
• Monitor product performance against key metrics, conduct A/B testing, and iterate on products to drive continuous improvement and achieve business goals.
• Act as the internal and external evangelist for your products, communicating their value and vision to stakeholders at all levels.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers and collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years specifically managing AI/ML or data-intensive products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex technical products that leverage machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or other AI technologies.
• Strong technical understanding of AI/ML concepts, methodologies, and common frameworks, and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders across the organization.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategy in a fast-paced, evolving market.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their respective AI/ML services.
• Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and ethical AI considerations.
