This internship offers exposure to audit, tax, and advisory practices. Interns will be involved in creating work papers, reviewing client materials, and supporting project deliverables, all while developing essential teamwork and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Rotational Learning: Interns will rotate through audit, tax, and advisory businesses to gain a comprehensive understanding of client service and professional services careers.
Assignment Spectrum: Provide support across various practices, working as part of engagement teams. This includes assisting with audit methodology, Data and Analytics (D&A), and tax and advisory-related tasks, such as data extractions and analysis.
Documentation & Reporting: Assist engagement teams in creating work paper files, preparing client reports and deliverables, and organizing business development activities.
Engagement Support: Help in identifying the scope of engagement capabilities, reviewing client materials, providing insights gained, and proposing how analysis can be leveraged for execution.
Technology Utilization: Leverage a range of technologies and analytics tools in daily tasks.
Financial Integrity: Contribute to ensuring the integrity and transparency of financial information.

Required Qualifications:

Academic Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college, university, or community college.
Degree/Major: Pursuing or intending to pursue a Bachelor’s or Master’s of Accountancy, or another related degree.
First-Generation/Community College: Applicants must be first-generation college students or community college students intending to obtain a bachelor’s degree in the specified disciplines.
Coursework Completed: Must have completed at least 1 semester (or equivalent for quarter schools) of coursework at the time of application.
CPA Intention (Preferred): For accounting majors, the intention to obtain a CPA is preferred.
GPA (Preferred): A preferred GPA of 3.00 or above.

Compensation:

The compensation for this internship position is $60,000 – $80,000.
