Job Description

Campana & Schott U.S. is seeking a Consulting Intern to join their team in New York. This is a hybrid role requiring an in-office presence two days a week in New York City.

As a Consulting Intern, you will:
• Gain direct client-facing experience.
• Take on leadership responsibilities within your team.
• Contribute to the development of impactful client deliverables.
• Support internal initiatives and business development efforts.

A typical day in this role involves:
• Conducting research and analysis to understand industry-specific and organizational challenges, with a particular focus on healthcare and the pharmaceutical sector. This includes evaluating business strategy, corporate performance, market access dynamics, operational best practices, and industry trends.
• Leveraging data analytics to develop insights and solutions.
• Collaborating with project teams across the U.S. and Europe to enhance healthcare innovation.
• Participating in team workshops to formulate client recommendations.
• Engaging in internal and/or external projects to support the growth of the U.S. organization while gaining hands-on consulting experience.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $3,500 to $4,000 per month, with placement within this range varying based on experience and skill level.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Progress towards or completion of a Bachelor’s degree, with a preferred major in Business Administration, Business Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Project and Innovation Management, Healthcare, or a comparable field.
• Prior finance, healthcare, or consulting internships are considered a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mentality.
• Eagerness to develop new skills.
• An analytical mindset, process-oriented approach, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English.
• Minimum of 6 months full-time availability.
