This is an Intern position for a Summer Internship Opportunity at Savant.

Purpose of the Internship:
The internship is a seasonal, hands-on role designed to provide broad exposure to the financial industry, Savant’s people, and its mission of empowering clients. It aims to challenge, support, and invest in the future of students by allowing them to apply academic knowledge in a collaborative environment. Interns will be paired with experienced professionals who believe in sharing knowledge and working together.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (Varying by Team):
Interns will have real responsibilities and opportunities to learn, which may include:
• Supporting advisors in preparing client presentations and planning analyses.
• Assisting with investment research and market monitoring.
• Helping create marketing content and communications.
• Participating in team meetings and client strategy sessions.
• Gaining exposure to the firm’s compliance framework and operational processes.
• Contributing ideas to projects that support the vision of building ideal futures.

This internship is particularly ideal for students pursuing a CFP designation who wish to experience how their studies translate into a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Internship Details:
Location: Primarily based at the Wyomissing, PA Office. In-person participation is required, necessitating reliable transportation. Secondary job location listed as Lancaster, PA. *(Note: The qualifications section also mentions “New York, NY office” for in-person support, but the primary job location and initial description point to Wyomissing, PA.)• • Seasonal: June–August, with orientation on the 1st Wednesday in June.
Hours: Full-time, typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Compensation: This is a paid internship opportunity, with an hourly rate ranging from $18.00 – $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and department placement.

Qualifications – What Savant Is Looking For:
To thrive in this internship program, candidates should:
• Have a high school diploma and be currently enrolled in a college program, preferably pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, financial planning, business, or economics. Students entering their junior year in a CFP accredited program are prioritized.
• Be within driving distance to the Wyomissing, PA office as this position requires in-person support. Relocation is not offered.
• Be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. Savant is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to doing what’s right.
• Bring a collaborative, team-first attitude.
Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.
• Be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Have experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, or Bloomberg is a plus.
