• Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Intern
• Location: Dallas, TX
• Internship Period: Summer 2026
• Compensation: Paid, $67,600/year (Please note: This is an annual rate. Internship compensation will be pro-rated for the duration of the internship).
Program Overview:
This internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience in financial analytics, risk, and regulatory reporting within a global financial services leader. It combines structured training with real-world projects, offering interns exposure to financial systems, data analysis, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities (“What you’ll do”):
As a Business Systems Analyst Intern, you will:
• Support business analysts in creating and maintaining process and system documentation.
• Assist with the definition of data and interface requirements for various regulatory projects.
• Participate actively in user acceptance testing (UAT) phases for new systems or features.
• Contribute to initiatives focused on financial risk and regulatory reporting.
Qualifications (“What we’re looking for”):
• Required:
• Currently an undergraduate student with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• A minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Computer Science.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and communication skills.
• Possesses a curious and detail-oriented mindset.
• Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Nice to have:
• Prior experience with technical tools such as SQL, Python, and Snowflake.
• Existing knowledge or coursework in accounting, finance, or economics.
