Job Description: Operations Analyst Internship
This is a paid, full-time, 12-week internship scheduled for Summer 2026 at Uline’s Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The internship is designed to provide students with a hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate setting, offering the opportunity to engage in significant projects and contribute to the company’s operations. Position Responsibilities:
As an Operations Analyst Intern, your core responsibilities will include:
• Evaluating business processes to identify inefficiencies and determine their underlying root causes.
• Collaborating with various teams across the company to transform insights derived from analyses into actionable recommendations aimed at improving operational processes.
• Utilizing SQL to efficiently pull and organize data, which will be used for creating reports and assisting with special projects.
• Reviewing and summarizing weekly business reports to identify key trends and flag potential issues that require further investigation or follow-up.
Minimum Requirements:
Candidates for this internship must meet the following criteria:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Possess excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with teams and clear presentation of findings.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills to dissect complex business problems and data.
• Exhibit robust problem-solving skills to devise practical and effective solutions.
• Have exposure to SQL or other programming languages (strongly preferred), indicating a foundational understanding of data manipulation.
• Possess strong Microsoft Excel skills, essential for data organization and analysis.
