Job Description: Supply Chain Internship (Summer 2026)

This internship offers a chance to gain hands-on work experience and solve real-life problems within the supply chain domain. The program is specifically designed to identify individuals for potential employment upon graduation.

Locations: Intern opportunities are available at Gore facilities in Newark, DE; Elkton, MD; Phoenix, AZ; and Flagstaff, AZ.

Pay and Benefits:
Hourly Pay: $23 – $28 per hour.
• Factors influencing the offer within this range include, but are not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Internship Focus and Responsibilities:
Project Ownership: As an intern, you will own a specific project that leverages the skills developed in your field of study. The goal is to complete this project before your internship concludes.
Networking: You will be encouraged to network and build relationships across various functions, plants, and with other interns. Organized social and networking opportunities will be provided throughout the summer.
Supply Chain Disciplines: Projects will span various supply chain areas, including:
Planning
Procurement
Logistics
Manufacturing Systems support
Sales Operations
Learning & Collaboration: You will gain experience and learn business and functional competencies with a strong emphasis on supply chain roles. Extensive interaction with manufacturing, engineering, business, and information systems teams is expected, with the aim of increasing productivity and efficiency throughout the Enterprise.
Culture Immersion: You will be introduced to Gore’s core values and unique culture while working in a team-oriented environment.

Work Arrangement: The 2026 internship program is expected to include both facility-based and hybrid opportunities, which will vary by project.

Required Qualifications:
Education:
• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA degree program in one of the following fields: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Global Logistics, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, Industrial and Management Engineering, or Industrial and Systems Engineering.
• Successful completion of at least the sophomore year of college prior to the internship start.
Intent to continue pursuit of degree in the fall following the internship.
Commitment: Ability to commit to a minimum 10-week summer internship.

Important Visa and Work Authorization Information:
Authorization Requirement: Gore’s intern program requires that all candidates are authorized to work indefinitely without visa sponsorship within the U.S. after graduation.
No Visa Sponsorship: Gore does not provide sponsorship for visas to work in the U.S. for these roles, either for the internship or for potential post-graduation employment.
OPT Not Sufficient: Candidates relying on Optional Practical Training (OPT) for permission to work in the U.S. for an intern role would not have authorization to work indefinitely without visa sponsorship upon graduation.
Withdrawal Request: If you would require employer sponsorship to continue to work in the U.S. upon graduation, or if you are relying on OPT for post-graduation work authorization, you are asked to withdraw from the interview process for a summer intern position. All applicants must be eligible to work within the U.S.
