This is a full-time, 10-week paid internship program designed to provide rising senior students with real-world experience within the telecommunications industry.
Program Overview:
• Duration: May 27 through July 31, 2026.
• Structure: Approximately 80% of the schedule is dedicated to department and team-focused projects, while the remaining 20% is allocated to professional development sessions and networking activities.
• Activities: Includes a Kickoff Conference on May 27th, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects, and final presentations.

Core Internship Responsibilities (May Include):
• Incident Response & Troubleshooting: Be at the forefront of incident response triage and advanced troubleshooting support to ensure mission-critical systems run smoothly. This directly empowers nearly 40,000 customer service representatives to provide service to 31 million customers.
• Change Management: Assist in guiding change management processes to ensure smooth technology rollouts without disruptions.
• Operations Team Contribution: Actively participate as a member of the operations team, taking direct ownership of meaningful work that influences daily customer experience with the brand.
• Impact: This role offers a high-impact environment where interns can combine technical skills with purpose and see tangible results of their efforts.
Required Qualifications:
• Education: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related major (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math).
• GPA: Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA or greater in the current program.
• Graduation Date: Must have an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Work Authorization: Authorization to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Travel: Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program.
