Job Description: Sales Internship

The Sales Internship at ALKU is designed to provide a comprehensive and impactful start to a sales career, emphasizing hands-on experience over typical intern tasks.

Internship Philosophy & Structure:
• Internships are structured to be meaningful, focusing on personally driving business growth for ALKU accounts.
• Interns will receive guidance from “ALKU sales superstars” and be teamed with a seasoned, full-time ALKU sales mentor for continuous support and reference.
• The program is designed for personal and professional growth, allowing interns to learn the industry inside and out, solve problems, and become acquainted with every side of the sales cycle.
• All intern programs are explicitly set up to springboard young professionals into full-time ALKU team members, providing a clear path for advancement.

Key Responsibilities & Activities:
Driving ALKU business through essential sales activities.
• Engaging in lead generation, outreach, and sourcing efforts.
• Developing foundational skills and professional networks.
• Learning both sides of sales to choose the best fit for their career path.

Specialized Training:
• The internship includes a Specialized Intern Training Program, “Circuit,” which offers hands-on experience, skill development, and real-time feedback from day one.

Compensation & Benefits (ALKrew Perks):
• Interns receive weekly pay in addition to commission and bonuses, mirroring the compensation structure of regular sales representatives.
