• Program Overview: The Management Internship is a 12-week, hands-on training program specifically designed to develop and prepare individuals for a future in Retail Management. Interns will gain a deep understanding of the business by working alongside the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members. The program focuses on practical, on-the-job training.
• Key Skills Developed: Participants will have the opportunity to develop and strengthen crucial skills, including organizational skills, communication skills, and time management skills. The internship also provides valuable hands-on management experience.
