Program Overview:
CBRE Investment Management invites motivated students to apply for its summer 2026 internships. This program is designed for students interested in investment management within a dynamic, collaborative, and diverse organization dedicated to their success. Interns are expected to learn the business and make impactful contributions.
A Day As A CBRE Investment Management Intern (Potential Activities):
Interns will have the opportunity to work in various exciting areas of the organization, including but not limited to:
• Finance Team: Working on cash flow modeling.
• Analytics Team: Rationalizing big data sets to find trends.
• Private Infrastructure Team: Participating in potential investor industry review.
• Strategic Partners Team: Understanding deal metrics by underwriting leases and maintaining property models.
The Internship Experience:

What You Need (Required Qualifications):
• Education: Currently an undergraduate or master’s degree student.
• Graduation Date: Must have a graduation date between December 2026 – June 2027.
• Major: Pursuing a degree in Finance, Real estate, Economics, Business, Accounting, or Math.
• Interests: Strong interest in real estate, numbers, and analysis.
• Skills: Critical thinking skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Nice To Have (Desired Qualifications):
• Experience with Argus and cash flow modeling.
• Computer Science, data analytics, or similar degree minors/certificates.
