The TL;DR

• Team: JD Young Internship Pathway, supporting the Logistics Warehouse and Supply Chain Management Team.
• Mission: Support daily warehouse operations and collaborate with leadership to achieve productivity, quality, safety, and service level goals.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Support: Assist with daily inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and shipping operations within the warehouse.
• Workflow Monitoring: Monitor workflow and help balance labor across various work areas to maintain efficiency.
• Performance Tracking: Track productivity, accuracy, and service level agreement (SLA) performance, escalating operational issues to management as needed.
• Process Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and actively participate in process improvement projects and pilot initiatives.
• Team Leadership Support: Support Team Leaders by helping communicate daily goals and process changes, assisting with onboarding and training, and coaching associates on standard work and safety.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Students graduating in 2025 or 2026, currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: No specific years required, but a strong interest in the supply chain and e-commerce industries, with a willingness to grow in a challenging environment.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, clear logical thinking, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Bonus: Native Chinese speakers preferred.
